What you really want is to understand who you are and why you act a certain way, or repeat the same behaviors over and over. 

This is a one-on-one session that talks to your unconscious, learns what it has to say, and teaches it new life-affirming beliefs that bring you back to your true self.

We initially recommend a few sessions to assure you experience a real shift.  After that you likely would only need this treatment for extra help with a life challenge.

2. Hands-On-Energy / Chakra Healing  
(Similar to Reiki without physical touching; offers a more in-depth approach)

The body's energy system is just as real as the other systems (nervous system, digestive system, etc.)  Our energy centers are generally known as chakras. 

During the session your body will let go of whatever emotions, confusion and other blocks that are ready to be released.  A medical intuitive reading is often used to identify and resolve specific issues.

Chakra healing could be compared with an energy massage - beneficial whenever you feel stressed, overwhelmed or in need of a little pampering.
